Refunds and Cancellation
Current billing status, stopping use and billing support.
Last updated: 2026-11-07
No charges in the current preview
VideoOutline has not launched real monthly or annual subscriptions, a paid seven-day trial or automatic renewal. Registration, installation and leaving the extension enabled do not automatically charge you. Simulated subscriptions do not move money, so there is no corresponding payment to refund.
Stop using the current service
Disable or uninstall the Chrome extension, disconnect in extension settings and revoke the application key in the website's API Keys settings. Contact support to request account and data deletion. There is no cancellation fee for stopping preview use.
When subscriptions become available
Before real billing launches, checkout and this page will state the price and currency per period, monthly or annual billing, trial expiry and first charge date, renewal behavior, usage limits, cancellation access, refund eligibility and request deadlines. No specific refund window is active today, and you are not asked to agree in advance to unpublished transaction terms.
Cancellation and refunds will be separate: cancelling prevents future renewals and does not by itself refund a completed payment. Uninstalling, signing out or removing a local key does not cancel a subscription. Remaining paid-period access and refund arrangements will follow the terms disclosed at that time and applicable law.
Unexpected charges and support
Use our contact page and include your registration email, charge date, amount, currency and order reference or a redacted statement. Do not send full card numbers, verification codes or passwords. We will investigate whether the charge belongs to this service and will not ask you to pay again to obtain a refund.
There are no real orders in the current preview, so we do not claim to have processed nonexistent refunds. If future refunds are approved, the payment channel and expected processing time will be explained. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
