What to include

• Your registration email and approximate time of the issue.
• Browser and extension versions, plus the error message or a redacted screenshot.
• For summaries: a public video URL, output language and relevant timestamps.
• For billing: an order reference, date and amount. No subscription charges are active in the current preview.

Never send passwords, application keys, model API keys, login cookies, full payment-card details or password-reset links. Redact sensitive information from screenshots.

Privacy requests and replies

For access, correction or deletion requests, describe what you need; we will verify account ownership using necessary information. Support is handled manually. We do not currently provide round-the-clock support or a guaranteed response time. This is not an emergency service.
